There are very good. I usually always add the protection for any reasons because the geek squad makes it easy to get anything fixed or find problems.

Knock on wood, but I didn't need it yet. Great for an extra piece of mind for higher end electronics and better than the manufacturers warranty. Would recommend this investment to everyone.

As always, Best Buy provides Top Notch Service with the extended warranties. With their low prices you can't go wrong. We all know that sometimes things happen after the manufacture warranty runs out.

Best Buy shipped an open box TV that was damaged as 'new'. It is not only insulting, but the gull to actually handle the product and drop it off this way knowing full well it isn't new is offensive. Delivery folks didn't even bother to take it back and passed it off as new. Now TV sales are over and I'm probably without a TV thanks to Best Buy.

Helped move my stuff and I didn't have to life a finger. They are very nice. I didnt have anything break yet how the price was very reasonable.

After needing my TV repaired, BB decided they couldn't fix my TV and sent me on a hunt thru the store to get a new one! TVs are made cheap and meant to break now, these warranties pay for themselves!!
