I purchased an open box item with this additional warranty. The item happened to malfunction and it was so easy to set up a replacement.

This is a great product but confusing at first and definitely needs the surrounding sound speakers to get the full affect and maximize its potential.

It's a peace of mind to have a warranty just in case something happens.

Never had any issues with best buy when purchasing the warranty. Always very helpful and have had my tv returned with no hassle. A must have when purchasing any electronics.

Normally geeksquad is the best protection plan in the industry. They are a great example of what all retailers should do.

Best service plan around... They have always come thru with the service plans I've purchased in the past.

My dealings with the Geek Squad Sservices has been nothing but stelar. What some tend to forget it is ONLY for 2 years and after that, you're on your own.

Using for a PC monitor, had a dead pixel on my unit. Eended up going with the 42" C2. The 48 C1 was a great looking if you can sit back far enough.

love the geek squad. don't know what I would do without them! always there when I need them, kind, courteous and patient with someone who is not very tech savvy.
