It’s ok works fine a couple months into using it it starts to glitch and randomly switches the channels.

Because I was having a problem with the reception at my home and the price I paid for the TV, they would not send someone out for home service. I have Geek service on my computer and my printer and have never had a problem getting the service I needed. This is the first time and hope it is the last time because I like Geek service.

Had to get a refund. Does not cover accidental damage like I was told when I brought it. Never again

Geek Squad is great, I would definitely recommend geek squad.

Really easy setup, sounds nice and brightness is perfect. Works really well in for a bedroom. The only downside is the sound is a little distorted when you turn it up past a certain point.

I purchased this television to be used as a truly portable unit that I can carry easily to any room in the house for over-the-air viewing, for which it works perfectly. The digital tuner, paired with a simple old-fashioned rabbit-ears antenna, is the most sensitive of any TV I have experienced; it seems to have the same incredible sensitivity as the top-rated Insignia NS-DXA1-APT converter box I used back when Uncle Sam was paying everyone to convert to digital television. Picture is bright and accurate, and sound is quite good as well. I am very pleased with this purchse.

This this has a crazy amazing picture and sound!! Honestly it has better sound than much larger units I've bought recently. So surprised at how impressed i am with the quality of this thing! Got it for our camper but while I'm testing it now timing of getting another for my kitchen!

I have never had a bad or negative experience in best buy. Awesome products and customer service! The online buying is very easy to navigate, even for an old guy like me!

The sound is very tin sounding and the TV frequent has issues connecting to my HDMI inputs. Unfortunately you only have 2 weeks to make a return so now I'm stuck with a TV that doesn't work when i want it to.

I absolutely hate this tv. Amazon had filled it with ads everytime I turn it on, you can't view all of your apps on the homescreen, instead they show you what they want you to see it's ridiculous. I much prefer roku, I think I will return this awful firestick tv.

I purchased this as a gift, I do not have an ability to exchange it for a replacement, it was an open box and the description said "excellent condition" but when it got to the gift recipients house and she opened it up it did not have any feet in the box. the tv is fine. they just have to lean it against the wall to use it now.

TV seems to work well accept I can't bring it in the house because of a strong electrical or chemical odor coming from TV. Been using it in the garage for over 4 weeks to see if the odor would burn off but no luck so most likely will stay outdoors.
