Pros: TV looks great in a sunny lit room or at night with proper settings. Reflection blocking coating works well (i have a window w blinds adjacent to it). The special smart tv bluetooth remote is cool. When hooked up to wifi, get the samsung app on your phone. You can easily throw youtube stuff you find onto the screen or play movies and pix from your phone. netflix, amazon prime etc stream great. 3d looks good to me, though 3d on a 46 in screen isn't ideal, its still cool. Tv is nice and flat and mounted flat on my wall. USB is a simple way to have movies and pix right there internet runs smooth having this tv turn your cable box on and off w the infrared beamer is really cool. it can also change channels but is laggy vs the real controller. voice control is neat but doubt ill use it. Cons: having some of the connections stick straight you the back vs being sideways affects how close you can get it to the wall. not many options for old connections like vga or rgb without finding adaptors

I’m happy with this protection, I have two kids and need it really I just got a new Remote Tv because it was removed by my kids and Geek Squad paid for it

Always get the GSP on TVs. ya never know how much you use them now and they arent built like appliances. appliances are built to last 10 years. but TVs arent, and TVs have alot more functionality and use so Id always get GSP on TVs/

I purchased this tv over a year ago and absolutely love it. The picture quality is great! I love all the feature with how the UI is set up for all my streaming services. I love the simplicity of the remote.

When I invest in a big-screen tv, I want to protect my investment! That's why I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan! I've needed to use the warranties on several occasions, and the experience was very satisfactory. Sometimes they replaced the item, refunded the purchase price, or repaired the item. I actually have a 3 1/2 year old blu ray player in the Geek Squad shop right now--under a 4-year extended warranty that I purchased for the item! This time they are repairing it, but that's fine with me. It's so nice that after using it for 3 1/2 years, now that it's not working my extended warranty is kicking in and more than paying for itself!!!

I have a rest of mind knowing that if there’s anything going wrong with my setup, I’ll have a timely response from the Geek Squad to repair or replace the faulty parts.

I bought only the 2 year geek squad service. Hopefully the tv will outlast that, but I purchased due to the likely hood that any failure will probably be an early one and the squad will handle pixel or other failures after the 1 year HiSense warranty.

So far not much to say. But It worked very well in the past, so I decided to buy it again.

5 year protection plan was affordable and gives you a extra layer of assistance if something goes wrong with your purchase.

It was the day before thanksgiving and I turned my tv on and the screen was white. I had only owned it for 13 months. I unplugged it and tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t work. I looked up the number for geek squad and spoke with a really nice person. They replaced my tv for free I just had to repurchase the geek squad for my new tv because it wouldn’t transfer over.

I've never made a large purchase at Best Buy w/o the Best Buy Standard Geek Squad Protection service. A Best Buy Geek Squad Agent recently determined my Sony XBR-70X-850B had a bad panel / display after two years. I was provided a phone number to call for a replacement. Although I wasn't given "full credit" or what I paid for the TV two years ago, it was close to what I paid two year ago. I asked about upgrading to the Sony XBR-75X940D, and to my surprise, I was able to apply the "credit" towards a brand / model that was a "step-up" from what I had. Within 10 days, I had my new TV (Sony XBR-75X940D) delivered by two Best Buy Geek Squad agents and set up in my home. I won't ever go without the 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan.

I always buy a little extra warr. Have found geek help to be great, even if just for questions.

Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

The geek squad has never disappointed me. Anytime i called with a issue they guided me through each step with no problem.

I purchased a Geek Squad 5 year protection for my new LG 65 inch Oled TV C4. Best buy is the only company i found that will cover burn in for an OLED TV.

I always purchase an extended warranty. Great service.

Hope I do not need to use this. But bought an open box TV and this gives me peace of mind.
