Just purchased this service but it gives me comfort if something should happen and i have the Geek Squad.

In my opinion geek squad replacement plans are gold. Last TV I had was a Samsung KS8500 and I loved that television. But unfortunately after a few years the screen started to go bad so I used this warranty and it gave me a lot of money to go towards my next TV purchase. Which was a Sony OLED. I've then purchased a warranty for that television as well because OLEDs can experience burn in. And fortunate for me this plan covers burn in. I'm hoping I never need to use it but if I do I know it's there and it's well worth it.

So glad I had purchasd the plan with our newn55" Hicense tv. Covered the black out screen that happened in the middle of a movie for no reason. Delivery drivers and support both said they are seeing this more and more. Sonin my opinion the cost for Geek Squad protection was well worth it! Did purchase a 5 year plan for new 65".

Every time I buy a big item I buy it with the 5-year protection plan I haven't regretted it yet Best buy has honor the deal and I protected my family

I always purchase these. Prices are good. I use to think these were a waste of money but now with newer technology I consider it necessary. Years ago I didn’t buy a plan and one day after warranty I had problems. You guessed it, had to buy another TV investing lots more money than the cost of a plan

Excellent color and everything else, could've ask for a nicer little tv. I use it for gaming on my ps5 and it is just perfect with game mode.

They do great work and help with all my needs even time I have a question they know the answer even ten years back when I purchased stuff for Best buy they can still help .

So far so good. Haven't had to use it yet. But am confident it will work if needed
