Peace of mind for an expensive purchase. I've seen to many videos of dogs, cats, & children breaking TV's.

Since the tv was on sale, I bought the protection for a great buy and now can relax if something happens in the next 5 years with my tv. You never know how long something will work but I’m protected if it stops working.

This protection plan is priceless to me because it allows me to enjoy my television. I don’t have to worry about if it will die on me like my Samsung did after 4 yrs. I will never buy Samsung again because their quality control on screens and laptops has gone way down. They are in such a rush to bring products to the market, they aren’t testing them properly. This plan will probably never get any use because my Hisense Tv seems to be working as should, but ya never really know. And that’s the great part of it because if it does act up - I’m covered for full five years.

Haven’t had too ever use my Geek squad for repairs…however a great value and I feel extremely good knowing they are available for repair or too answer concerns

I purchased this for my previous Toshiba tv which stopped working the third year. I called them, they were very nice and told me that model TV wasn’t able to be repaired and immediately issued me a store credit for full refund of purchase price to replace the tv. It was so easy, no problem. So of course I purchased the five year warranty on this replacement tv. Well worth it. Geek squad was very helpful.

Kelyn and another agent got my setup done quickly and with great skill and knowledge. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use the Squad service but if I do I will feel confident if they all are as knowledgeable, skilled and courteous as Kelyn.

TV was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Answered all my questions. Very quick and effecient.

We bought a Roku 65” TV plus the 5 yr Geek Squad coverage. We have used Geek Squad in the past on our computer and they fixed it plus retrieved my photos. I highly recommend Geek Squad

Protection for any expensive device is worth it period. Dont over think it.

The pixels in my tv started going out. I called geek squad because I had bought a protection plan on the tv. They set me up a quick appointment to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. The technician was very friendly and early which was great. All and all I was able to get a replacement on the tv. Smooth easy service!

I haven’t used the geek squad yet but once I have a problem with the tv they will be the first to know
