I had a past TV which had an issue and Best Buy honored the plan. I got a new replacement TV. It was easy and they walked me through every step. Very satisfied!!

Comes with the systems hardware malfunctioning on its own, but at 5 years, it's a necessary purchased for well cared for, and pricey, purchases.
