I have had Geek squad protection on all of my electronic purchases for over 20 years from Best Buy. It is great to know I am covered by their expertise.

as always... Geek Squad is always very helpful. Just give them a call. I haven't had a problem at all with this TV i boight, just little questions here and here. But I know i am fully covered if something happens to it

Glad that I purchased this not only for security if something were to happen in 5 years bit to also be future proof with the newest technology is something happens.

I’ve had Geek Squad protection on many, many products. In those are events that I have had to use it, the service has been stellar and able to resolve the issue in short order or I was provided with a replacement.

Good idea to purchase if your product is over 500 dollars / That is the rule I follow / Use your best judgement.

I got insurance, it was a great deal. 5 years. It’s worth it.

Very happy that we originally had a service plan because we needed a replacement TV when something and the service plan covered the whole cost.

We had Geek squad extended warranty on our last television and because we had it and the tv failed we got credit for a new one. That is why we bought it on this new TV.

I always purchased 5 year extended warranty it’s worth it and it gives you peace of mind, had 3 TVs in the future with Horizontal lines and the replace it with a better tv cause the model I bought was no longer.

I have used this service to correct both major and minor problems with my computer and have been impressed by the knowledgeable, courteous and patient service.

Agents installed my washer quickly and was very informative about exchange policy and what to do if we have any issues

Never had to use it but glad I have it, ease of mind just in case something goes wrong. Suggested for OLED and appliances that use water.

I always attempt to purchase the Best Buy warranty because I deal directly with them instead of mailing stuff or worse. I purchased it at a reasonable price for 5 years.

Have not had to use it yet, but is a good value. If you divide the price by the 5 yrs (60 months), it’s just a couple of dollars a month for the piece of mind it provides
