I haven’t had to use my Geek Squad service however, I’ve heard great things about the service they provide.

Love the microwave! It heats up the food in not time and its big enough for large sized dishes.

I haven't needed them for this particular purchase but I've used them before and they are great, friendly and knowledgeable.

When I have had to use them, great customer service and very informed people to talk to.

I feel it is important to have coverage for electronic purchases, as it offers piece of mind.

Got it just in case due to me having baies around ,one nevers knows.

Upon downloading my Anti virus I was asked if there was anything else I wanted after listening to me I was given an ETA when everything will be done. True to his word my notebook was ready in fact sooner that estimated. Everything was as I requested.

Geek squad is a great tool for people like me who are not tech savvy. They are nice and always helpful

Don't normally buy protection plans, but this offered A LOT of bang for the buck, PLUS, I don't have to take TV in for repair, they come to me! Gotta love that!

Although we've not had any problems with our TV since it's still new, it gives us a peace of mind to have the Geek Squad Protection at reasonable price, just in case.
