I bought this tv as an open box. Since somebody had already opened this box I took extra precaution and bought protection. The protection is key.

The Geek squad team is always kind and helpful when I have questions or need sometime fixed.

Having support in case anything happens to your product is always a plus. I recommend always having it.

Worth getting protection. TVs can get a power surge or panel can mess up.

Geek squad warranty service has always been great. Low cost...the insurance is well worth the investment

A must purchase. I buy these all the time for a piece of mind. Just in case the tv goes out for whatever reason

The warranties at Best Buy are great price and we have always had good luck if and when we have had to use them.

I purchased the 5 year protection in case anything were to go wrong I have the security that it will be resolved.

Always Better to be in a protective way. As i have Geek Squad Protection, i replaced my TV which has On and Off problem for every 5 mins.. Thank You Geek Squad.

I thought purchasing this was a good idea. I had problems in the past and thought the protection plan was a good idea.

They'll give you a schpeel about how it covers MORE than what the manufacturer warranty covers, but it doesn't really. And you're paying for something you can't use. In my case, I paid for something I originally declined, but was talked into because I was promised it was added onto the end of the manufacturer's warranty, which was appealing. Only it didn't and I paid for something I never needed or wanted and when I needed it, it wasn't any good. To make it better, I tried to talk to them about a refund, and instead the customer "service" guy put me on hold for 1.5 HOURS and disconnected me. I called from my cell to see if someone could come back to the land line I was holding on and THEY put me BACK on hold for another HOUR before disconnecting me. So obviously, not impressed with the service or the product. No wonder they can't compete with Amazon or Walmart.

It is great to have the protection for my TV & Firestick. Good to know I am covered for when/if I have an issue.
