Geek squad is the best type of protection plan you can get. Theyll come to your house if the TV's big enough!

Make sure you purchase Geek Squad protection with any of your purchases. Can't beat that two year protection price!

Always nice to have extended warranty but depends on how much the items cost to you. The extra warranty can be pricey over times.

So I bought the warranty for my 40 inch TCL on October of 2023. I called in cause I had a ghost image and I couldn't get any thing for local channels to work on this Tv and I tried 4 of them. So I called in and they said I had to bring it in or they could charge me to send repair out for service. I had a warranty that said you would never be charged?? So I just had shoulder surgery in May. It didn't go well and now in 2 weeks I am about to have my second surgery on my shoulder. I am older in my 60S. I brought the Tv in and the gentle said I wasn't supposed to bring it in. I would have to take it home and they would charge me. I have a warranty. I told my problem. Then he said he would check if they could replace it for me. Then he came back and said he would have to send it out for repair and it would be more than 2 weeks. I am having surgery and really need to have my Tv. I have always made Best Buy my first stop with TVs. I am going to replace my Tv in living room soon. But I am disappointed that not if I get my Tv I won't be able to install on wall with one arm. Just very disappointed with the overall process. I was hoping for a better outcome.

I always get this service added to me TV purchases. The company can be a bit unorganized, but I save money in the long run.

The protection of 2yrs is great to have ,so it under warranty if anything goes wrong with the appliances

I have been a customer with Best Buy for years and I am truly cofident in the protection Geek Squad has to offer.

Hopefully my tv never breaks, if it does hopefully this will cover it. Stay tuned...

Always buy the extended warranty if the product is over 50 bucks never hurts!
