    My computer had someone hack into it. The Geek squad saved my computer by telling me what to do as soon as it happened. I did not lose anything.

    Didn't do the warranty on a TV I got about 6 years ago. But this time I did so if anything goes wrong I'll have them fix it. Best thing I did.

    Always get the geek squad protection with everything you buy from Best Buy. They fix and replace it for free if anything gets broken or damaged.

    I highly recommend purchasing the in-store warranty because 1: it's longer by 1 year than the manufacturer's warranty and 2: it saves you the hassle of sending it out to the manufacturer. Just take it into the store and they'll replace it.
