I called after my TV suddenly stopped working and the agent was very helpful and a replaced my TV within 3 days they came to my house picked up my old broken TV and installed my new TV all in all this was an excellent experience

Cool that is included. Honestly is helpful because not many Apple stores are nearby but sometimes I feel like I should just go to Apple instead. Also, some interactions I’ve had previously with the TV not the greatest customer service.

I just wanted to protect my investment. They only disappointment was contacting Best Buy back customer service, You have to purchase Best Buy 30 day price guaranteed or become a member I’ve been buying for Best Buy for over 20 years, Best Buy wouldn’t even meet me halfway on the price match over a $50 difference that I would’ve need to purchase Best Buy membership

I absolutely love the Geek Squad Protection service from Best Buy. I never hesitate to purchase it, especially for my television, as it provides me with peace of mind. Just a few months before the expiration date, my TV started showing signs of going bad, and to my surprise, Geek Squad refunded the entire cost of my TV. I had experienced an ongoing issue with it, which I had previously discussed with them, but it only worsened in the last couple of months until the screen completely stopped working. This time around, I opted for a Samsung TV, and it has been a much better experience. The support team was understanding and promptly emailed me a gift card as store credit. I highly recommend Geek Squad Protection for anyone looking to safeguard their valuable electronics.

Can't go wrong with a 5 year warranty on your bigger investment in your house. Have used Geek Squad previously and was happy with their customer service.

If you are going to buy any Electronics from Best Buy always get the insurance 5 years insurance is the best I have a TV to break down on me and I thought about it and I remember I had the warranty thinking that they wouldn't help me gave them a call and they helped me out and just two days with a brand new TV yes this is worth it

They are the best as far as service customer support really handled what needed to be handled and there is not Enough to say when some one goes above and beyond just to make you happy knowing it’s the same paycheck nothing extra then yeah great team !!!

Hopefully don't need to use it but good to know I have the protection for 5 years considering how often electronics tend to break early.

Best warranty and service for the price. Geek squad deliverd my tv to replace a faulty one after 2 years. They even removed and took the old tv with them.

Thankfully i have had to use this yet but im sure its good

Harvey came out for my in-home theater appointment and he was very professional. He was on time and he explained what was going on what I could expect what my five-year warranty covered what was wrong with my LGQNED TV and what my options were was very kind he was cognizant of, my household and that our household was a disabled household, and I was very appreciative of his generosity his suggestions and his great customer service thank you Harvey for a job well done !!

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

Purchased this at a very affordable price to protect my new television. Gives me great piece of mind, knowing I have five years additional protection for my purchase!

If that's what you want, try the protection, but most Insignia TVs really don't require it (my personal opinion).

I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

I normally don’t buy an extended warranty but due that the tv is a fair condition item and open box I decided to secure the investment.

I bought a TV that started flickering and having major screen issues right after the manufacturer’s warranty expired (of course). I took it back to the store and hey we’re able to send it out because I bought the extra coverage. It took a couple of weeks to diagnose but they contacted me today to tell me that they’re refunding me (in the form of a gift card) what I paid for the TV to put towards any purchase from Best Buy. This is why I buy extended/ enhanced warranties on most electronics. Most of these companies that administer these warranties are very reputable and honor claims that fall within the parameters of the coverage. Most people have unreasonable expectations and suffer from a sense of entitlement the size of a house and therefore claim that these types of coverage are “scams” or “Rip offs” because they fail to take a moment to actually find out what is covered and how the claims procedures work. Frank Zappa once said “Stupidity has a certain charm. Ignorance does not.” Nowhere is that more true than the world of the entitled consumer. Buy the warranty or don’t complain because almost all electronics these days are designed to fail.

When I bought my Hisense - 55" Class H9G TV. I bought the 5 year warranty. It broke 4.5 years later. I took to the Geek Squad. They said it couldn't be repaired. I got all my money and put towards my dream TV LG OLED, So, I bought another. Highly recommend it. It was worth every penny.

never had a 4k tv ever but this was an amazing purchase
