Bought this for a smart TV, I havent had to use it but its a great thing to have in case something goes wrong.

So this is the second time I've purchased the extended warranty. It as already paid itself with another purchase I made that broke. So I don't think for the cost f the warranty that anyone can go wrong with it.

Got this TV for my room, and it fits perfectly in the space I had, great quality and have not had any problems with it

I got this to go along with my oled tv purchase, Best Buy seems to offer a better protection plan than any other place for this type of tv.

So far this plan has been great. No issues when i need them.

Purchased Geek Squad protection for my new tv. The peace of mind was worth it to me. But honestly hope I never need to use it because using it means I had a problem

Bought this for new TV. I had to use geek squad for TV I replaced. They were great didn't have to wait long for appointment came to my house. They found the problems right away very friendly and informative

The agent came and setup all my equipment and put all my apps on it

Geek Squad has always been Best Buy's bread and butter. Even if they did not help me set up my TV or desktop computer I know they are always a phone call away.

Vizo system works well together, TV is brighter and clearer and sound is great.

I got this for my 70in LG tv that I love. I haven't used the Geek squad yet. Which is great but glad to know they'll be there if I need them.

The quality of equipment really interferes with geek squad interaction. Since initial instal and set up they’ve been great in answering questions and troubleshooting

I thankfully haven't needed to use this service yet, but the peace of mind is worth a lot more than the price.

Geek squad has the best plans available anywhere for great warranty and repairs and /or replacement of damaged equipment. Their customer service is unsurpassed!

With every purchase I make at Best Buy I always get the Geek Squad protection. For me it has paid off several times and without it, it would have cost me near a thousand dollars for necessary repairs

The Geek Squad installed my TV in a very professional manner. I didn’t have any help in the family capable of lifting the TV or setting up the wall mount.

Geek Squad is knowledgeable and friendly! Good to have support when you need it.

Although we have not used this yet (Thank goodness) we know it's worth what paid for because we had this with our last Best Buy TV.

Nice to know I have additional coverage if needed but hope not to use it
