I don’t really used, just a couple of times, sounds good but I did not need it

I had a laptop that went out in 14 months good thing I put the insurance best buy fixed it at no cost it's worth it

Great bargain for the price on he 5yr plan. I normally don't buy coverage but these new TV's don't last like they used to so worth the peace of mind to me for $8.00 per year

I personally have not had to use the protection, but have heard good things about it. According to everyone I have asked, best buy has held up their end of the bargain, take or give a little.

I would recommend getting a warranty just in case some goes wrong with your item…

I didn’t think I’d ever use this protection but it can’t in handy at the last minute and Best Buy made it easy to schedule an appt and get me a new tv

I purchase care plan with all tv purchases. Had a name brand tv break after 16 months. Some say it's a waste but plan saved me once. Bestbuy could not get same tv but did uptake size without issue

I did not use the Geek Squad for my new TV. We did not mount it on the wall. It is on my dresser. Sorry I did not have a review for you.

We are always so happy to be able to go into see the geek squad or call them on the telephone for help. They have successfully resolved many issues over the years. Glad to have them!

Haven't had to use it yet for this product, not had been good for others.
