BestBuy comes to your house to fix your TV, unless it's smaller than 50".... if they can't fix it, they will replace it with the same TV or like technology... or a gift card and you can pick something else out. Get the protection plan, protect your investment... you're welcome.

This has helped to get answers to all of my queries and give peace of mind that my TV is protected for the next 5 years (a typical life for a product like that). Bets part of this is that if my TV breaks / has any issues then Best Buy Geek Squad Total Tech Support will fix it and if they can't then either they will replace the TV at no extra cost or if the current TV model is no more available then I get the price of my TV back to buy another TV.

The Geek Squad Crew arrived on time. The were very considerate of our home. The wore shoe coverings. When they were finished they cleaned all the dust from hole drilling. Their installation of the TV quick, accurate and professional. After all the physical work was done, they spent almost 30 minutes showing and teaching my family how to use the new remote. They also showed the family all the new available features built into this TV.

Great protection for our expensive tv!!! Love the piece of mind having this insurance!!

Hopefully won't need the warranty, but gives peace of mind with the purchase of a large TV.

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

Geek Squad Protection for products is a great value. We have had to use it a few times and it was painless and easy. I would recommend getting it if you are purchasing high money products that you have the potential of damaging or electronics. Best Buy keep up the great work!

I had problems with my other television and the geek squad helped me quickly replaced my television set in 2 days.i would definitely give this insurance A Big A.its a must have be safe with the geek squad.....

I always a good idea to get this protection. Just take the product backband they replace it with no questions asked.

It is a nice basic 4k smart tv, but the operating system is just so different for me, and it doesnt get some streaming channels, 1 very important to me i ended up getting an Amazon fire stick. It only has 1 hdmi connection as well which is really a pain. Another thing i had to add onto this, an hdmi splitter which worked ok for 1 day. Oyy.

Hope I never have to use it. But if needed they will come to my home to repair.

I got the service because you never know. Glad my 85” tv will be working properly regardless with this service

Nice tv picture quality but you have to sign into samsung every single time you do anything on this tv because SaMGSUnG suksballs

It’s pretty much gotten to the point where if you spend over $500 on a TV you have to buy “5 year insurance”. My personal experience has been very good getting equipment fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Have had to call for service 3 times and it has always been a positive experience.

The associate was very knowledgeable and friendly i will definitely come back to buy from this location.

The plan isn't as good as it used to be. But it still works. I am upset at Best Buy, they are really going down. They got where they are with great customer service, which they don't do now.
