Q: Does the protection plan cover those white circle that show up on the screen?
A: Im sure it does. Make a claim. They cover pretty much everything.
A: I also received in email as I requested it, do as I do scan your receipts and put them in a fold labeled warranty receipts. Put the name of the scan as what’s warranted, when it’s expired, date purchased and it’s easier to keep track.
Q: Are we covered for a crack on the screen?
A: Yes TV crack screen not of your doing. either tv swap or store credit which includes tax/
A: I had a similar issue with a different tv but it was also with an Xbox series x, going into video settings on the console I turned on “allow YCC 4:2:2” which allows games and apps to support YCC4:2:2 encoding, which may solve problems with displaying 4K on some TVs. If your tv has 4K settings that can be turned off that might help the issue too. If your tv is trying to upscale the resolution from a regular ps4 which only allows HD 1080p that could be the issue but if it’s the ps4 pro then 4K is available. My best advice would be to look through your setting on the ps4 itself, especially for the YCC 4:2:2 setting and the tv settings to enable or disable the 4K settings depending on if you have the regular ps4 or the ps4 pro
A: The differences are the plans you choose and the time frame. Depends on what additional services you add to the plan.
A: They priced our exchange based on current value.. TV’s have come down in price. We upgraded as well, but we’re pleased with the outcome.
A: Probably not, but your insurance should.
Q: Replacement. isot possible to opt for store credit or a refund vs. a repair? or is it up to them?
A: You can get store credit instead.
