I am hoping I don’t have to use the warranty. Having a minimum of 50 characters. In order to submit the survey is ridiculous. If there’s nothing wrong, I would think you wouldn’t want to have a drawn out explanation. That is annoying.

I haven’t needed to use it this product but I am confident due to past experience that if I do there will be no problem.

Seems like it was a smart move to purchase an additional warranty at a reasonable price.

Avoid the hassle and expense of buyi g a new tv. I had two tv fail after 3 years. Both were covered by the 5 year extended warranty and either fixed or replaced without any hassle. I bought a plasma tv 14 years ago and still works without issue. These LEDs are less reliable

They met me outside under special circumstances, I had just been released from the hospital. They loaded it into my car as well.

Haven't used it on the purchase I just made, but have used them before and the service is great. Will always purchase alongside any big purchase.

Bought this tv in Dec. 2000. It was a decent tv at a great price until the screen no longer worked. Geek Squad to the rescue. My tech Josh was the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a step by step answer of how to resolve my issue. I couldn't recommend Geek Squad enough and will never go with out it again.

It's a must buy when I purchase any TV. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or any issues associated with the TV. Insurance gives me peace of mind that I am covered for any cracks, TV damage, power source damage if TV will not start, anything really.. It saves me from worrying.

I normally am conflicted, should I purchase the warranty or not? Save some money? Boy was I glad to have made the purchase. The fees associated with repair/replace the item exceeded the amount for Geek Squad warranty. I highly recommend everyone consider this warranty to cover your purchases.

Tech sometimes dies quickly so it's good to have the extra assurance on board for a reasonable cost. Thank you.

Got Geek Squad for my LG Air Conditioner because the previous one on wheels broke after 2 years. Warranties like this are necessary with AC's that breakdown after a short time

I'm writing this because LG wouldn't fix my TV that was having ghosting problems , but as soon as the geek squad took a look I got a new TV

My last TV started having problems/ So the 5 year warranty came in handy
