Next day service call and I live in BFE! Going to replace the item. GEEK SQUAD ROCKS!!!

I got this tv on my birthday special buy with Best Buy. I got the tv for $430, 65 inch Samsung, and got the 2 year protection plan and I paid $519 total with taxes. That was a steal of a deal.

Had a TV that went out after 3 years. They replaced it immediately.

This tv is amazing the sound is great I have it in my bathroom on the wall and I love it.

The store honers the warranty if there is a problem the product is replaced on a timely manner wit no hassle.

They’ll come and take care of everything for you. Miguel was helpful in explaining everything and connecting All of the accessories I had.

This is the best extended warranty i have purchased. No questions Best Buy couldn't fix the tv so they gave me a new tv.

The TV that I purchased it was the LG TV it was great. The customer service was really well and the lines was very short.

I guess it’s a good value, but I don’t like that I have to make a bet that my new $1000 purchase isn’t going to make it 5 years. Wouldn’t it be nice if companies just stood behind their product?

Great tv for gaming, tv and sometimes even music wort every penny if you ask me

I love this tv! I had an empty wall that needed a tv. Now it has a great tv with a clear picture.

The store located in yonkers NY central avenue hires the worst managers. Because of management . They lost my 2K sale. The same day my new 4K TV was delivered. That same day before noon time I cancelled my order, due to poor service and no empathy from store manager. They called me to earn my business back, but it was too late. It was like putting salt on a fresh wound. Be warned you will get your money ripped off. Don’t forget file your complaint to Better Business Bureau.
