This is a smart purchase for the future. A previous purchased TV with the Geek Protection saved us big dollars. The TV was less than one year old and a system issue happened. The Geek Protection paid the original purchase price of the TV. YAY!

Good piece of mind purchase. My parents used this service on failed tv and had no issues whats so ever.

Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

Great buy! I've used it twice already to troubleshoot problems with my computer since I purchased it. It turned out to be my hard drive and got free repairs, only having to buy the hardware. They were able to retrieve all of my data and transfer it to the new drive.

Definitely worth for TV, I feel most TV's get in to some sort of problem after 3 years, better to have 5 years geek squad coverage for TVs! My last TV broke after 4 years (screen issue!) GS return was little dragged, but at the end, we have been returned full purchase value.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!
