Nice warranty but haven’t had to use yet on our spare camper tv

Very happy to get this Gerk Squad Support for my electronics. I upgraded my geek squad support from the $99 geek squad support.

Great product for when the limited warranty runs out because the manufacturer often cannot do much until the product has surpassed that mark.

There services were great helped with any issues had a great experience

I have only used the plan once for my television and customer service was great. There are two things that could be improved which are the price, it is a little expensive for certain items, and protection against drops or spills for televisions.

The geek squad is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

This warranty is kind of expensive, but from what I’ve been reading I think it’s worth it. Apparently if you have anything wrong with your product, you just bring it to Best Buy and they’ll give you a new one.

They cover your isssue with no questions asked. Very easy to use and hassle free. Your product gets replaced or money back no issues.

Great so far. Love it can’t go wrong with this tv!

I don't think I'm going to be purchasing insurance for my products anymore. They have all held up pretty well and plus the insurance is expensive especially when you don't put it to use.

I had to visit Geek Squad because my Portable Hard Drive corrupted. I am an Online Radio Entertainer, a Videographer and a Photographer. All my files were this drive. The staff was very knowledgeable about the different plans that Geek Squad offers.

I feel it's important to get the extra protection.

Definitely comes in handy to add insurance on your product. Still haven’t used the protection plan but it’s good to the have it.!

Remember these warranties cover the CURRENT cost of your item not the original. I always get the extended ones as its better to have insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it.

When I invest a lot of money in a product I want the best protection for the product, particularly, when it is not a throw away item.
