    Geek Squad is there when you need them the most

    I purchased Geek Squad expert service for one of my products that i cant remember. I have not needed to use them as im pretty technologically savvy myself and can do most things by myself. I downloaded their phone protection app for my cell phone and i use that quite often to clean my phone, scan for any issues, and backup all of my phone data. The app is great by itself and easy to use. I would highly recommend.

    Worth the money I spent on the warranty!!

    I bought a 5 year warranty & glad I did. My tv lost its picture & I took it in & they sent if off. The one bad thing is the Greek Squad doesnt have tv repair in the story. They used to have it inside the store. I took it in at 4:00pm & didnt know you had to make an appt. The salesman sd i had to make an appt. So I took the earliest one 7:30pm. So i asked when would it be ready? He said about 3 weeks. I said you could travel to the moon & back in that time. So I took my tv & brought it back at 7:30pm. The made took all of 5 mins filling out the paperwork. So I ask him when will it be back & he said in about 3 to 8 weeks. I said oh my gosh that is to Mars & back! But I got an email in about 5 days that they couldnt repair so I got My Full Purchase price back! So I bought another one like it.

    Best Buy is like my Victoria's Secret! I shop there frequently and buy all my electronics there! A huge part of why is the protection plans, I cannot recommend them highly enough! I have been buying the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection plans on virtually all of my electronics for more than 10 years and have never been disappointed by the exceptional service. Not once! Ever! This is absolutely the best warranty service in the retail industry! It's in a class of it's own, there is nothing else like it. And I tend to be a hard customer to please!

    Not 4 weeks, not 2, but under 7 Days!

    I have to say I was quite satisfied with the service. I brought in a TV that I was experiencing audio and video issues with within the time frame that my geek squad plan allowed. The team at the desk was kind enough to explain the whole process and made mention that it can take up to four weeks for repairs/evaluation of the TV but that it can be as fast as two weeks - I got a response with five days! Sure enough they honored the value of my previous TV model and credit me the value to pursue another television since the model I originally purchased did not exist. I was quite impressed and it was as smooth of an experience I ever had at BB.

    I have had Geek Squad’s support a few times. They are always helpful: phone or in-person! So for me having the yearly plan is a no-brainer. However, I still think Best Buy should not have removed the inclusion of complimentary home set up that they had up until this year!

    For a 2 year warranty on that TV it was $20. What a buy at the time where inflation is terrible and everyone is having A hard time.. I think Best Buy for keeping the warranty price down low and affordable, thank you. Guys,

    Did extensive research for a 75” television before purchasing and it does not disappoint! Excellent picture quality and the 75” uses a different panel than the other sizes that’s bright and has a fantastic wide viewing angle, making this perfect for a living room. Coupled with the 2 year manufacturer warranty and optional added coverage from Best Buy, it’s almost impossible to find a better deal.

    The Geek Squad 2-yr protection flew by faster than expected. These geeks know how to get the job done in a timely fashion. The protection is neat with no visible wear in sight. The geeks won't have you waiting more than a couple of minutes if not too busy to assist you. It has been a while since purchasing my device but no major signs of wear and tear. The geek that serviced me was exceptional. I was very impressed with the customer service.

    OK , got the 5 year service plan for TV, not sure if it is worth it for a TV like other products, was told if any problems I could swap out Tv and even upgrade, Tv had an issue took it in and then told no, they have to try to repair it first so had to take the Tv back and then call and set up service, takes about a week, they made a repair did not fix it, had to wait another week to try again, still not fixed so waiting on another week, what got me was the reasons they gave for the problem with the Tv,just didn't pan out, like after not quite two years of reception, it must be my antenna, while my other Tv's still got reception, then this Tv's tuner must not be as good as the cheaper models of the same brand that were getting reception but it was like anything but the Tv, I felt like they aren't going to let me get another Tv if there is any other possible reason besides the Tv, so now it is on me to figure out otherwise !" I" finally figured out or narrowed it down that it wasn't the tuner or my antenna because I got my signal back and narrowed it down to a USB problem that it seems no one can understand, so happy I got it to work again but my Tv still doesn't function as it should, could be a firmware problem but bottom line, I paid for all the functions and EXTRA for a SERVICE that wasn't worth the frustration and time that I have had to deal with, that $80-$90 could have been spent on a new TV and the time spent watching it, sorry !

    When I bought a plasma tv about nine years ago I bought a five year plan because I knew the plasma tvs where going away and couldn't get it repaired. In four years the plasma screen did indeed go on us and Best Buy replaced it with a Sony LED 4K. I bouht a new five year plan and in three years this tv screen had problems. And sure enough this TV was discontinued so they couldn't get parts. So they replaced it with a new Sony TV. So I bought my third five year plan. Worth every penny.
