I got the Geek Squad coverage on a brand new LG C4 oled. It's my 1st oled which is an incredible tv. But wanted the peace of mind with coverage on this TV just in case

Bought this extend warranty due to the great experience that I had with the Geek Squad on another issue

I'm not a technology-minded person. As a result, I want someone I can call if I have a question about the product I've purchased, or a problem arises. I purchased the five year geek squad plan. Lo and behold my expensive $2000 Sony TV decided to not work one day. Called up the geek squad and they arranged to have it fixed. No hassle no extra cost. The only thing I had to do was make a phone call. Best Buy and geek squad took care of everything. I purchased a second television from Best Buy also purchased a geek squad plan for five years. It a peace of mind that your television is going to be taken care of. “One call that’s all” LOL

The agent was reliable and my tv lost ita image the warranty was very easy to claim

I have t had to use this product but I have peace of mind knowing that if a lightning strike effected my tv it would be covered .

I love the quality of pictures version and sounds I love everything just small recommendations if Samsung can reduce the weight of TV it looks tin but too heavy

,,,,That's what they say right ? Well, After spending $3,300 on a brand new Television , I didn't want to spend another $600 on top of that for Insurance. But then I thought about it,,,,,,,,,,,What if this Television had electrical issues,,,,,,,,say,,,,,,1 year and 2 months from now ??? What would I do then ? I mean it would be outta warranty then. All I know is that for spending THAT KIND OF MONEY , I want to make sure that I'm covered way past the manufacturers warranty,,,,,,So I bought the 5 year plan,,,,,,,,,,,,,Also came with a piece of mind for the next 5 years. Don't you end up regretting NOT getting it.

Always get a warranty on all your purchases. I love the Geek Squad. They are always available to assist when the problem goes wrong with your electronics.

They are awesome I haven’t needed them for this tv but have used them many times in the oast

For the price is worth it take care of youre purchase since manufacturing only provides a 1 year guarantee

In light of how much the TV cost itself, the pricing for the 2 yr service protection was worth it; but not any longer. I figure any real problem will likely happen within the 2 years. after that, repairs might not even be worth it as technology moves so fast.

Bought the protection plan with my TV back in 2017. The picture on the TV started to go with only a couple months left on the protection plan. Contacted GeekSquad and they diagnosed the issue and replaced my TV. I got credited for the TV I bought in 2017 and they waved the delivery and haul away charges, which allowed me to afford to upgrade my TV because all I had to pay was the difference. Highly recommended.

I keep my Geek Squad Protection plan as an on going safety net for all of my electronic gear. At age 80, I have no interest in doing this kind of stuff on my own. It is really great to know that these guys are on the ball and know what they are doing, I have had to use the "plan" at least four times a year, and have been consistently by the thoughtful staff who have either over the phone, on line, or in the store have walked me through some technical problem AND solved the problem and gotten me back to work. As a "senior", I really appreciate the skill and courtesy of their staff.

Had a large TV that started to fade after 4 years, Geek Squad service replaced it and helped with new install, and guidance and help. Ryan and Dimitri were awesome. great job easy to deal with. Took a week to call, get an appointment to come to the house, assess, replace and correct problem. Really fast turnaround. So glad i got the coverage!
