The television protection plan for the Geek Squad is nice for the price that we purchased it for. If anything happens to the television we are able to get quick results because we purchased the plan for any issues that may occur. With an item that size I think it a great idea to purchase a protection plan.

I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

After having a large tv fail in less than 2 years and having purchased such a program prior to this purchase I would not buy a tv without an extended warranty! And this time added a power surge addition!!

The team we got were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, patient. They never rushed us and spent time showing us the options and shortcuts. This team has been together and worked for Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we need to purchase any tvs

I haven’t had to use the service yet, and only felt I needed it due to the nature of OLED screens. Hopefully if the time comes I need to use it, there won’t be any additional problems.

Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…

I absolutely love the Geek Squad Protection service from Best Buy. I never hesitate to purchase it, especially for my television, as it provides me with peace of mind. Just a few months before the expiration date, my TV started showing signs of going bad, and to my surprise, Geek Squad refunded the entire cost of my TV. I had experienced an ongoing issue with it, which I had previously discussed with them, but it only worsened in the last couple of months until the screen completely stopped working. This time around, I opted for a Samsung TV, and it has been a much better experience. The support team was understanding and promptly emailed me a gift card as store credit. I highly recommend Geek Squad Protection for anyone looking to safeguard their valuable electronics.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I was able to exchange the TV due to some minor defects and it was done very quickly.

I bought the 5 year protection plan for my 2018 OLED TV purchase. That TV ended up with failures covered by the Geek Squad protection, and so Geek Squad replaced my TV with a latest model year version. I had paid the early adopter tax for the 2018 TV, and the protection of Geek Squad helped by basically getting me a new TV with next to no hassle on my end, and the value of the protection meant getting another 5 year protection for this new TV. Hopefully no issues with it, but if something does happen with the TV I'm satisfied that I'll be covered if something does happen. They came and installed it quickly and set it up for me. They also took great care to mind the space, so there was no issue with having them in the house. Not sure when I'd make such a purchase, if/when I ever buy large stuff that has a reasonable chance of failure, I'm getting Geek Squad protection again.

Purchase price was excellent. Hopefully I won’t need this but if I do, it will more than pay for itself
