    Our salesman was very helpful ! I knew what I wanted he pointed out a lot of the features on 75 inch TV. Was in and out of the store in record time .

    Even if something happens during the 1 year warranty, you never have to deal with your TV manufacturer support because they always suck. Best Buy is amazing with their support. My experience might be unique but they come out to look at my TV, determined what was needed to fix. They didn't need to replicate it, but I had recorded a video of the issue. A day after my service call, they tell me they can't get the part in a timely manner so they offer me a gift card for what I paid towards a new TV. Of course I ended up with a more expensive set and re-bought the warranty so I ended up having to buy a new TV, but I much rather would have spent the $400 than losing out on $1600 for a TV that was just 14 months old.

    A large purchase like our new tv was even better know that if a problem occurs Geek Squad will be there to take care of it for us. You can’t put a price on security and piece of mind.

    I had geek squad protection on my previous two televisions. Both TVs went out at about four years old. They could not find parts to repair either television so they simply reimburse me the full price I paid for the TV. What more could you ask for.

    I just got a 48" Lg B4 OLED TV. I decided to get the 5 year Geek Squad extended warranty, to just put my mind at ease. I thought that any repairs after the first year might be pretty expensive.

    This is one of the best investments I've ever made! I ended up using the Geek Squad for ALL of my electrical items purchased at Best Buy or not! The protection is soooo applicable to so many scenarios of needs by a common user of laptops, cell phones, copiers and tablets! The services (in person or on the phone), the automatic extended warranties and free deliveries have more than paid for my service protection twice over! Each "geek" has been stellar in their knowledge and friendly in their service!

    Im an insignia fan. I actually purchased a used 65" right before I got married. Uhm 09 i figure. I bought this tv on sale last summer because the sound was going in and out on the old one. I was more than happy when I found this on massive sale!

    The pixels in my tv started going out. I called geek squad because I had bought a protection plan on the tv. They set me up a quick appointment to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. The technician was very friendly and early which was great. All and all I was able to get a replacement on the tv. Smooth easy service!

    hopefully i never have to use the warranty. Bought it for LG OLED CX 55" TV. My first OLED, B6P 55" had burn in right before 3 years. Amazon's crappy warranty would not do anything about it. LG ended up replacing the panel for free under the 3 year manufacture warranty. the CX model is 4 years newer and has better burn in retention prevention. If it burns in before 5 years, the warranty should cover fixing or replacement of the tv.

    I always get the 5 year warranty on my TVs because they inevitability end up dying on me or getting stuck pixels and best buy has always been great about fixing the tv if they can, or usually they just refund the price I paid and that usually is more than enough to get a new TV woth better resolution and get another warranty. Newer TVs may have a great picture but the build quality is nothing compared old CRT TVs so it is worth it to get the warranty on products like this or any electronics because they always seem to fail within 5 years.

    Extended warranty

    I mounted my TV to a TV stand mount. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty with it. The one thing I didn't know is when you do purchase the extended warranty it runs side by side with the manufacturer warranty which I didn't know it did it that way. I thought it started after the manufacturer warranty ended but it doesn't. So he sure to ask questions about that.

    With this worry free warranty, i have peace of mind about my product. If anything goes wrong they will fix it or replace it. And if your tv is larger than a specific size they will come to you.

    Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

    Landon was super helpful in my research for a tv upgrade. I was specifically interested in the 4K tvs' with 120hz refresh rate for under $600. This Vizio was on sale & $30 less than what Wal-Mart priced for& I got the geek-squad protection since I got a baby on the way & there may be possibility of breakage in the first few years. But with that protection, all I have to do is bring it to the store to resolve my problem rather than shipping it to a repair center & waiting weeks..Plus this option was the best deal Landon was able to find & I was able to physically preview before buying. I'm thrilled to enjoy the modern perspective of entertainment & thank Landon & the team for making my experience above & beyond.
