Through the years I have purchased numerous extended warranties. Some I never got to use or test. Of Those that I have had the experience of using, most have been disappointing for several reasons. However, for the added cost, Best Buy's Geek Squad's Protection has never disappointed. In fact, I have had several occasions to have to use the Protection Plan's I have purchased and never been disappointed and in fact, the results have surprised me at how great the coverage is. If you get anything from Best Buy that has a extended Protection Plan, I recommend it whole heartedly!

Before I went to the store, I was going to buy on Amazon and get a three-year warranty for 2999 but when I went to the store for $10 more I got a five-year warranty and they would come to my house to fix it so it was a better deal

Bought for an insignia 43" non-smart TV - hope Best Buy and Insignia are listening because not everyone uses a smart TV and like the privacy of a non smart to add a Roku to control what a manufacturer can discover. But the 5 year geek squad I probably won't need. I like the store brand better than others.

Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.

If you use any sound bar besides Roku if you use the ARC connection and your remote controls your soundbar and the TV your volume will jump three to four increments at a time. If you use the optical you have to use a remote for each one, and if you use the auxiliary cord which is low quality sound it's fine

I know we bought this protection for a computer that are 7 year old child uses and I've already forgotten I had this plan it's been a year now and had absolutely no issues with my computer. So I'm happy to say I bought this plan for issues but it's funny I've already forgotten about the plan. It just goes to show that Best Buy sells a product that doesn't need a plan. I'm not saying I didn't need the plan I'm saying I bought a good product regardless.

Happy with the extended warranty. The last tv started having problems just outside the factory warranty and as a piece of mind it was nice having the extended warranty. The tech’s came and checked out the old tv and determined that it was unrepairable. So the upgraded my tv with the newer model and I kept the same warranty.

The salesman at Best Buy in Germantown (Mr. G..." ) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He took time to explain the importance of purchasing a warranty for my 24 " televisions. I got a 5 year extended warranty for my Vizio TV. Recently had to have Geek squad come to my house. They replaced my TV with a new Vizio TVbecause of cost to repair it. I took my old Vizio TV to the nearest Best Buy and they exchanged for my New Vizio TV. With no hassles or problems. The agent who came to my house was freindly and new what he was doing. I woyld recomend that anyone buying electronics at Best Buy get a Geek squad warranty.

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.
