Purchased the 5 year warranty just in case something happens. Sounds like a great warranty

I haven’t had anything installed in my house but when I go to the store they are very helpful

So glad I got this. TV broke, Geek Squad came out next day, couldn't fix it so they replaced the TV. Bonus - the TV I originally purchased was no longer available so they upgraded the TV and restarted my 2 year warranty with the new one.

For very little more get extended coverage on a product even if it’s a small low cost product why not , they offer fixing and or replacement and even reimbursement .

I always when buy something from Best Buy I get the geek squad it work for me when I need it

Cant go wrong with protection specially withna tv since they gontroughbalot of.wear and tear

I always buy the 5 year TV warranty so as not to be concerned with any future problems. I've used my warranty before and all was taken care of to my satisfaction.

Had a protection plan on a 19" Insignia TV that stopped delivering audio. Took TV in and because of the protection plan got a replacement immediately. Definitely worth the money!

I skipped the protection package on 2 TVs. Immediately after the warranty, both TVs went out.... Never skip GS protection again!

Knowing that your purchase is protected is great! It has helped me on a few occasions.

My daughter’s tv stopped working and it was no problem refunding some money because it couldn’t be fixed.

We have lots of thunder storms here in Central Florida. The Geek Squad 5 year protection includes power surges. Glad I got this. Have good service from Geek Squad in the past.

I will never purchase a large ticket item without the geek squad protection. Anything happens and they come out and fix it right away. No hassle. Highly recommend.

I thought this review was for my 5 year warranty not Geek Squad service. Although, I could use Geek Squad services to make sure I'm getting top quality picture from my TV. I hope I will be able to leave the future better review about Geek Squad services.
