I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.

I prefer to have Geek Squad over anybody else. They are excellent

Purchased the additional protection since who wants to take the TV off the mount and bring to the store? Used it once before and ended up with a new TV of similar price.

This was for my 65” Sony Tv and was worth it since mine came with issues, just a tad pricey because of the amount the tv was determines the price of the protection plan

Great protection makes you feel secure with your product. I have needed them with a product and they were quick to answer and check my item it was a great experience.

I bought an open item didnt realize it was missing the stand and remote. Order the parts with my Geek Squad Protection an it came to my house. Then plan cost less than the parts.

The picture quality is great! The TV is big and looks great above the fireplace!

I feel better having Geek Quad protection, especially after having previous problems; didn't require installation this time, but question answered quickly.

Have used in the past, not for the TV that was purchased and I loved the service.

I have not had to use the service as of this moment. However, I am happy to know I. do not have to worry if I ever do need service.

Protection plus -- you always want to buy extra protection for your product especially when you have such a large investment… Any electronics will fail at one point and you would like to make sure you have it protected…

I'm estatic that ill be protected with renewal option for my investment since I purchased Element and that was a nightmare ., Manufacturer warranty -Element gets you $99 shipping bill and refurbished product that may or may not work.

I read the reviews for all the tvs I was contemplating to buy. This protection plan was heavily recommended. Didn't need to use it yet. Hope i don't have to use it..
