Purchased the 5 year extended coverage plan to give me peace of mind coverage for my new Toshiba tv. With electronic items, you never really know when they might fail.

I would Always recommend the geek protection. Most warranties at other businesses are not worth purchasing I purchase everything I can from Best Buy.

Delivery was perfectly timed. Hope we never need help, but know they are dedicated staff.

This GSP 5 year plan saved me on 77” oled tv. Was replaced

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

I always hate spending money for limited product protection. However, the new Geek Squad Protection plan seemed too good to pass up. Knowing I have a few out of warranty computers in need of some tech savvy TLC, I know I'll get plenty of value out of this protection plan.

Thought the price was reasonable for five years of protection. Good to have and glad that I got it. Highly recommended for peace of mind.

On all of our purchases we buy the Best Buy geek squad protection because you just never know what all is covered by the manufacturer and many times the 12 months they offer is just not enough.

My brother loves his tv. He ended up getting it for his 16th birthday

Haven't had to use it yet. Hopefully it will do good for us if we have an isdue

The agents are very adept in their services and it works so easily with them taking control of your computer while you stay in the comfort of your home.
