I always buy protection plan because if something goes wrong the geek squad will repair or give you a new tv well worth the $. Also total tech support is awesome

as i heard about technician they all do thier job very well.however i didnt get any help iam sure will get help if in case i need.

I now have the peace of mind knowing that if something happens to my new 4K TV, I could get this product replaced. I have had success with other warranties from Best Buy. The price was a little high at $189.00 but I did have a $50 Best Buy gift card that I applied towards the purchase.

Bought this because I have used Best Buy warranty service before, Best Buy honors their commitment to thier customers and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is taken care of quickly and to thier satisfaction.

Great when I had my old tv and it broke, it was fixed almost immediately

Replaced my tv with a text picture to the geek squad service and told me to pick out a new tv equal to my broken one and they delivered the new one and took the broken one.

Never have any trouble with the insurance plans.....

Always have protection. One of our kids shot a dart at our old tv so we are glad we have the protection

Ive always had good experiences using the geek squad.

The plan is okay. I wish it covered more. Beware that if they do not make or carry your device anymore, you have to get something comparable and if they don't have something comparable, you'll have to pay the difference for an upgrade.
