Normally don't buy such service for TVs but did some research and good to cover gaps in warranty like bad pixels, etc. Worthwhile investment.

The agent at best buys recommended that I protect. I'm praying everyday I dld the right thing.

I purchased this Geek squad protection for 2 years. All has gone well with my unit so I have not had any reason to use the service. Just Protection so far.

They are awesome never had problems with geek squad

While I wouldn't buy this for myself, it was worth it for peace of mind for my elderly in-laws

I have not ever needed to use this protection. In my opinion, I rather have peace of mind than wish I did and have to pay for repairs.

We used this before and l can honestly say Best Buy actually honors their warranties! It’s the main reason we keep coming back to this store. Thank you!!!!

Love Geek Squad service plans they have always done me well. I just wish they were a little cheaper like they were before. Some plans have gotten quite high compared to other stores with the same item.

I have not had to utilize this yet (thankfully). This does provide a sense of security and hopefully will be worth the additional cost if an issue arises.

Purchased the extra warranty on dryer. Haven’t had to use yet. But hopefully things will expedite fast anc simple when we need the help.

Nobody connected my tv. But they had very good customer service.

Now days you have to protect your investment and with this plan I have a piece of mind if something goes wrong with the product
