I always get extended warranties. Have only had to contact Geek Squad a couple of times for minor things I couldn't figure out. Well worth the few dollars extra for the assurance problems will be handled.

Bought the 2-year Standard Geek Squad Protection for my Insignia 39" Smart TV with Roku. Haven't needed to use the service yet so no 5 stars. I read reviews from others and they were pleased with service.

I purchased the 5 year geek protection for the peace of mind on my first ever big screen smart tv purchase. I hope that I we never have to use it, but 5 years of protection and support is so worth it if we ever do!

With today's high tech, an extended warranty brings value in short term. If a product will have a problem, it' seems like it's within the first couple of years. Best Buy has kept it's promises in the past!

Just makes sense to get Geek Squad - they helped me set up my computer (and my husbands) plus you get coverage for 5 years - best deal in the store.

Well, I bought it as a precaution. Haven't needed to use it and I have never dealt with the Geek Squad before. Time will tell if this was a best buy!

I got the protection program for my large screen t.v. just in case anything happens to it. Because I bought it on sale and I couldn't replace its full value without this. This way I know I'm covered.

With the five year warranty, you have peace of mind. Subtracted one star from the overall rating because of the price.

Always purchase when my wife gets a new phone. Not That expensive and gives me peace of mind. Have not had to use it now or in the past thankfully.

Its always a great idea to have insurance on all of your electronics. This is a great protection plan, it's pennies on the dollar but it covers repair or replacement cost which could save hundreds.

I had a TV go out on me I bought from Sam's. Call the manufacturer they said . Eight TV from Bestbuy. Walked in with bad TV walked out with new 1 . Swap
