I had purchased an extended warranty before and just before it expired my 70 inch blew. So I received another 70 inch for free!

I didn`t use that yet but I trust bestbuy, the quality of the service is awesome.

Complete install on 55” LG TV and sonos system. Very friendly and made sure we were comfortable operating before they left.

I always purchase a protection plan for my electronics. You never know what may happen! It will save money in the long run!

I will attempt to update as needed after the manufacturer's TV warranty lapses. Be aware that Geek does not take affect until it does. I had an issue with an outlet purchased TCL TV and the Geek's basically told me take a hike. I did, to the TCL customer service and TCL warranty service was Great. So, I still have to wait 5 months to see the Geek service is any where near as good.

So far we have not needed to request the services of the Geek Squad. It's comforting to know they will be available if needed.

I purchased a quality tv but the warranty was a no brainier.. I considered getting the 5 year warranty but within a few years I expect the landscape of tvs to change again so I just went with the 2 year warranty

When that tv broke 4 years later we got a credit for our new TV. Well worth buying! Very happy!

Definitely a must. Our last tv broke twice. Thanks to geek squad they fixed it twice.

Always try to get this, replaced my kids computer no questions asked after a quick test and got me another one in time for Christmas

so far so good, best LED 55" tv on the market. nice for movies and games specially for PS4 games. nice sound and much better with a sound bar.
