Not sure when I used this but they always do a good job

Geek Squad is always good to have if ever needed. I've hadn't had to use this at all. I have for 5 years. It wasn't expensive either.

Geek Squad service was fast totally fix my issue which was very important to me. He offer the membership to me which has saved me money important these days

Well .. now I have u big tv .. I hope never have to use squad service.. but .. if something happens.. they will take care

It is always good to get this on more expensive items, look a TV, but not sure it is as essential for under $100 items.

I always get the geek squad protection plan I like to be aware covered

I have always wanted to get an OLED TV but was always afraid of burn in. With this protection plan, I was able to safely take the leap and boy am I happy I did so. If you're in the market for an OLED TV, don't even think about it, get this protection.

TV developed fine horizontal lines couple months ago, picture sometimes delayed coming up on my 50” TV. Called Geek Squad and the next day servicemen were here, parts ordered and they were back a week later. Upon their inspection they called for the TV to be replace, they delivered the replacement & took away the damaged one. The only cost to us was a new protection plan (5yr) and being patient a couple weeks

I bought a television over 4 years ago, Had to take it back because it was malfunctioning. Customers, anytime your purchase an electronic item from BestBuy, always, always, always purchase the extended warranty with the Geek Squad! Indeed it the best investment ever. They truly stand by their word! They refunded my money since they weren’t able to fix the television and I bought a brand new updated one with better features!

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.

I do recommend to getvthis services is the one thing thatvhave save more money for me in past year.

They offer protection on almost every product and get things done!

The TV was good until it wasn’t. Everything was great and the clarity was amazing until right around the time the geek squad protection plan expired. A little over two years the clarity is horrible and liked shows here and there thought out the sceeen. What looks like white lines are not apart of the show as this is how is shows up

THE INSTALLER WAS AWESOME. THEY GOT EVERYTHING HOOKED UP TO ONE REMOTE WHICH MAKES IT SO EASY TO USE. MY HUSBAND LOVES IT. THEY WERE POLITE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. GREAT JOB GUYS.

As luck would have it my issue was about to be resolved and then bam Covid hit and stores were closed. Even through all of this they took care of me. I was eligible for a product exchange and so I selected it from the website not being able to go into the store. But not having the benefit of a product demo and information to help me make my decision like would be done when physically shopping in the store, they sent someone to do that for me in my home when things opened back up to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. Thank you Best Buy every time!

I had to use Gerk squads protection. They made it very easy to replace the AC.

I am satisfy with warranty service. Really help me a lot with the gift card as credit.
