This is the second TV I’ve bought at Best Buy in the last 12 years. Both TVs I got the extended warranty the first TV I didn’t have to use it until almost 5 years and they fixed my TV fast and easy. I ALWAYS buy warranties for my purchases. When my T.V. , I bought at BEST BUY , suddenly broke down , I called them, and an Agent from the GEEK SQUAD came to my home, diagnosed the problem AND told me I was TOTALLY covered!! He helped me understand the warranty and I was able to get a NEW T.V. to replace the defective one. Then of course I got another 5 year standard GEEK SQUAD Waranty!! I'd give 10 Stars if I could!! The agent was Polite Professional and Knowledgeable!! I highly recommend getting Warranties and using the GEEK SQUAD!! Thank You BEST BUY and The GEEK SQUAD!!

My TCL, in its 4rth year of service, failed to come on one day. I took it to Best Buy with the warranty paperwork. Less than a week later, I received an email that they were declining to make the repair and that I could come in and present the email and get a replacement TV. That is what we did and the process was seamless and also painless. I am pleased that we had that warranty.

1st Hisense TV so really felt it was the best thing to do with a 2 yr additional warranty. + the price was very fair

In the past when I purchased my Samsung tv, my old one I just replaced, I purchased the extended warranty for that one. When it developed lines on the picture, within a day someone came out. checked the tv and was not fixable, I was given a number to call and a replacement arrived a few days later. Given the price for the extended warranty and the final outcome, it was well worth it. I purchased the extended warranty again for this tv, for "just in case". It is a decision I feel that is best for me.

I always purchase this service when i purchase large items. Usually, i do not need the service, but when electronics fail this service is worth every penny.

the process was straight forward, my only complaint was that it was required by bestbuy to have ppl come out to my house to retrieve my broken tv and deliver the new one. I was more than happy to take it back to the store myself and swap it same day, but bc of bestbuy policy, I had to go 2 days without a tv.

Havent needed this for anything i own but im definitely glad i have them as potential help for when and if s problem arises. Either way i have used them for non purchased items and they always do great work. Id definitely use them for electronics in the future anytime

Absolutely worth it, and comes with alot of nice perks. For example, if you are buying a television 55 inches or larger, a Geek Squad member will be able to visit your house to process the warrant claim. That's huge, because carrying around large used televisions, in which you probably won't have the box, can be a big hassle. Very comprehensive coverage, especially for OLED televisions.

I've used this service to install my TV brackets to hang my TV and set up my surround sound. Awesome job guys.
