First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

Having protection on any device is needed you never know when you’ll need it. Anything can happen

Good insurance for a tv. Come out and repair or replace. Didn’t like that it was double the cost of TV protection that was on $200 less than

Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

The protection plan is good overall. What I don't like is it doesn't kick in until a year after you purchase which wasn't obvious when I bought the TV. You have to go through the TV provider for the first year on most models. So, basically, you are paying for a 4 year plan instead of a 5 year, because you can't use the plan in the first year of owning your tv. The bottom line, you shouldn't be charged for a 5 year plan if it is only good for 4 years.

My original purchase was on a ROKU tv, which i opted out of protection About 6 weeks later my BRAND NEW tv screen went all scrambled. i panicked being out of the 30 day return window. However when i called the store the gentleman gave me no hassle and allowed me to return TV. While there he talked me and my boyfriend in to buying a better bigger tv. he informed us of all the benifits that come along with the protection plan so we purchased that as well. so far have not had to use on the new TV but nice having peice of mind if anything goes wrong

The agent, Dulani, was great. Came out pretty quickly, recognized the issue, and set the wheels in motion for a rapid resolution. Money well spent!

Geek Squad provided great service with my replacement tv but it would not accept my 55" tv at the store. We went through the whole process of replacing my tv when someone from Geek Squad said I would have to take my tv home and have a Geek Squad member evaluate the tv at my house. I actually completed the tv replacement over the phone with no visit needed and received my replacement tv within days.

My mom love this offer because in case the television stop working she can get a replacement for the television the wall mount

Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.

I have always found the geek squad protection to be worth every penny. The sales people have always been courteous and accomodating!

This is the first of the Qled tv's that i purchased, i love it! What a picture! i would take a picture for the review. but you can't see this quality with just a picture. Buy one you will love it too! I am getting ready to but a 85" Neo Qled. Guessing i won't be disappointed

Purchased this for my last 75 inch TV, 2 years in and one of the rows of pixels went out. Geek squad came out to my house and within 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem, I received an email accepting the claim and they gave me full credit toward my new TV. Within 2 hours I picked up my replacement TV in the store.

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.

Had to use my warrant within 1 days on my tv... Nothing dude to the TV itself. I bought an open box 75 and it had hot spots. The TV was swapped out with a brand new 1 although I bought open box for hundreds left.

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

Great quality, image is really need, excellent size for a living room, really fast, I would definitely recommended, and for the price you can't find a cheaper one.
