How do use it once for a completely different product and they took care of everything without hassle!

I haven't had to use it yet but i love having the option to use it if i were to need it.

Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.

Its a good thing to have in your back pocket sorta. Definitely if your devices are not working to standard order.

My interactions were very limited. My TV broke in a freak lighter throwing accident literally a week after I purchased it. I bought a 2 year protection plan. Now, I understand that I'm to blame, best but wasnt throwing a lighter to his friend .... missing horribly. However, I was told that basically the TV was trash. I was better off throwing it away. There's nothing that could be done and to just buy a new TV. My protection plan was a waste of money imo. Threw the TV away after 5 months since I couldn't find a place to fix it. Overall, I can only blame myself.... but I can also say that my fear of making a large purchase that wasn't insured ended up being a reality even though I was convinced into buying insurance. See what I'm saying?

I think the Geek are the best cause they help you in a lot of ways they make sure you are protected and you feel so happy because they look into everything. PS that's why I recommend the Geek group as well cause they take care of you to the best of knowledge to help you .

Worth EVERY CENT !! if your phone starts acting wonky or goes kerplunk GEEK SQUAD to the RESCUE !!

Best service in town you can't beat it most appliances and tvs break down after 2 year so its a must to grab a 5 year warranty and bestbuy delivers when the time is right if not tou got 1heck of a tv or appliance

I'm writing this because LG wouldn't fix my TV that was having ghosting problems , but as soon as the geek squad took a look I got a new TV
