    Got a 50 inch TV a few years ago back in 2018 the screen was recently damaged on the TV thanks to geek squad 5 yr protection plan I was able to have my older TV replaced with a Newer model for only 20 diollar I highly recommend everyone purchase geek squad protection plan you new know when you may need it.

    My previous TV went out no picture or sound. I had a service tech come out to my house and looked over what was going on. He had to order parts for my TV. Once the parts was delivered to my house he came out a second time (both times were free of charge). The TV still would not work. So with the warranty, I got the price that I paid for the TV in a Best Buy Gift Certificate. I then purchased my new TV and still had money left over on my gift certificate. Also the service tech that came to my house was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased

    Best Buy stands behind their products so I always buy the protection plan. Many people feel that the plans are a waste of money but they are wonderful if you have a problem with a product. I have bought many plans and never used them but on the other hand I have had plans on larger purchases that ended up being a tremendous product to invest in for the future of my purchase. I always spend the few extra dollars for my protection and peace of mind.

    TV quit after a few days. They brought out a new one and set it up for us. We bought the tv to replace one that was less than 3years old that had quit. It was a different brand and we had not purchased the extended warranty. Great piece of mind and we were real pleased with the knowledge of the Geek Squad.

    Scott has always been great to me. Their service is quick easy to communicate. I’m usually hesitant to buy it but with these types of items it’s worth it and they always pull through.

    We recently had an issue with a 55 inch TV that was not working properly. After two attempts were made to diagnose the problem and find a solution it was determined that the warranty would be used to replace the faulty unit. It took less than 10 days to find a replacement, have it delivered and remove the old TV.

    Luckily enough, I haven't needed this yet. A 2 yr contract seemed like a decent deal. This is for any mechanical needs. I did not buy install package. My daughter set it up for me.

    2 year protection is a must have for all products. I have a 3 year old daughter and she spilled orange juice on my Chromebook. Absolutely something that was my fault and typically i wouldn't expect to be refunded or covered here. No questions asked they took in my device, attempted to fix and when they could not I received a full credit a little over a month after dropping it off.

    Excellent TV. This was actually an Open Box. I got an excellent deal on it from bestbuy. Didn't come with the Remote, I called LG and they shipped me one at ni extra cost

    I mean all I did was get protection. If anything happens to my TV then I'll be able to get it fixed, so it definitely lowers my anxiety around that.

    Geek Squad has been great! after 4 years with no trouble, they came out 3 times and finally replaced my TV. No complaints!

    It was for a peace of mind I bought the protection plan, but I'm a bit skeptical as to the coverage detail that the sales rep told me that "ANY problems with the TV, I can get an exchange for same model TV or if not available, can get full refund on the TV with credit issued on bestbuy gift card", which does not seem so as I am reading a lot of different reviews about the coverage for this service. I guess I have to be content for the fact that I am definitely covered for repairs (which I am also finding reviews saying that coverage doesn't repair internal screen problems?), but would be nice for the sales person to be better informed or be honest about the coverage, not conning the customers for their own sales quote.
