I've used this service to install my TV brackets to hang my TV and set up my surround sound. Awesome job guys.

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

I bought the 5 year Geek Squad protection for my previous Hisense TV that stopped working about 2 years later. It wasn't cost effective to fix it so they replaced it with another Hisense TV which I also bought another 5 year protection. I am so happy I had protection!

This saved me money in the end and unlike a lot of insurance it was used at point of purchase which made the transaction simple.

I've had two Samsung flat screens die at the 4 year mark. I had the 5 year warranty on the, First time it only cost me around $100 for a replacement. This time I switched to Sony and it cost me a couple hundred over the warranty refund. So I purchased the the 5 yr warranty on the Sony.

Customer service has been nothing but the best! They have been quick and helped by answering all of my questions.

Have not had to use yet, but Best Buy sells warranty based on sale price, not original price , so it is an INCREDIBLE value. If you buy your item on sale, open box, or Clearance, don't hesitate to make the investment in the warranty. My TV was on sale for $399 from $749 and warranty was probably of what it would have been if not onsale.

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

I have always found the geek squad protection to be worth every penny. The sales people have always been courteous and accomodating!

Gsp is a must for all my products from best buy. I dont really recommend totaltech if you don’t need computer help. But if you are a frequent buyer i recommend just purchasing the geeksquad protection plan on your items. If you purchase totaltech youll be paying more for the membership every year than the plan outright for each item.
