The greatest thing about the Geek Squad is that wherever I have used them they have always worked things out. And always there if needed.

Its always been worth getting the warranty because you never know when things will break

We buy this on every TV we buy. Hopefully we won't need it on the new TV! We did use it on our previous TV The Geek squad spent a couple of hours trying to find out what was wrong. Once they figured it out, they fixed it quickly. Very efficient!

Have not used it yet, but hope coverage is easy to use.

I haven't had to use this yet, thankfully. Bought this coverage with a brand new LG OLED TV. Seemed like a practical buy given the price of the tv.

I have always gotten extended warranty's. Best Buy and Geek Squad make this warranty worth having. I have had some trouble with the last three Samsung TV's that I have bought. All of them were replaced under warranty and the team at Best Buy and Geek Squad were great help when it came time to use my warranty. I can't stress enough how valuable it is to have an extended warranty. Its an added cost but the sense of security outweighs that cost.

Purchased this with a previous tv and when the tv’s screen was starting to go, best buy was able to replace the tv. It was worth the purchase! They did a home visit to look at the original tv and then set up a replacement with a time and date for the delivery! Highly recommend!

They are dependable and honest. The weak spot is most everything is sent out for repairs post diagnosis that can't be repaired in house. If parts are available you'll get it done in house as soon possible. Outside with a backlog, it can mean months. Ask the Geek Squad what manufacturer of interest gives the best performance and has the least chance for return when you intend to buy. You can do that with a chat on line.

Have been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years. They stand by what they sell and the Geek Squad is always there to help. Did not use them for my most recent purchase but would recommend them to assist in TV and surround sound installation to those that need it.

insurance is import for your belongs, i would not leave the store with out purchasing it.

so far the best tv ever, the best beautiful picture I've seen in a television and the 55 inch is a great size.

This protection plan has been a real life saver in the past. Now, I buy the plans for most of my purchases from Best Buy!
