Always great experience and service, appointments always in time

If you are buying something that is electronic, you will want this for the peace of mind. I have this on all my PC's, peripherals and TV's. I have had numerous issues resolved by bringing a PC into the store and I have had an in home visit for a large printer issue. Good people, they know what they are doing and the price is right.. do this, you wont regret it.

I hope I don't use this service but it seemed cheap to buy the insurance just to be safe.

Had to use it on a 3 year old TV that developed pink hues all around the edges. Basically got the amount I paid for the TV to purchase a new replacement tv. Pleasantly surprised at how smooth the entire process was.

Geek squad has helped us a few times when we had problems with a device.

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

So from past bad experiences of not getting the protection plan because I wanted to save a buck. I'm absolutely pleased with having purchased any protection plan from geek squad. You will definitely be happy when something stops working and you have the plan. Everything I purchase from best buy i always get there protection. I've had several $2000 TV's or appliances mess up or need repair. With the plan they have been fixed professionally at no cost to me or replaced. All technicians are professional and I'm very pleased with the overall service.

We stay in Florida and our house was built before the 1970s, so no 3 wire electrical. Everytime we have a T-storm something is bound to get hit. Even with surge protectors and battery backups on all the expensive TV's and devices. So paying the extra for geek squad protection is a must have and a no brainer.

When i bought the C1 LG OKED tv i knew that ill need a protection plan cover for avoid any future inconvenience. So i bought it. Im not have any problem with the tv buy one never knows. Is a great option and very necessary.

I was happy with Insignia 50" bought two, one went down a year later, glad I purchased a warranty! I would purchase purchase again only with warranty. I purchased two 50" Samsung's that lasted 2 and 3 years that didn't have warranty. I have a 48" Panasonic Plasma from 2008 that's still strong. I have family and friends that own Insignia for years with no issues. Bottom line, luck of the draw, buy a warranty!

I highly recommend adding a protection plan to your purchase. Even a quality product may have a catastrophic failure. We lost our 2-year-old refrigerator when severe thunderstorms hit the power grid. Best Buy replaced the refrigerator and compensated for food spoilage. The protection plans are worth every penny.

Geek Squad rules! I always buy GS with my purchases because it’s better to be safe than sorry.

I always get geek squad for my expensive electronics just for peace of mind. The tv broke and they came out to see what they could do. Tv wasn’t able to be fixed so what I paid for it could be applied for the next tv. And of course got geek squad to cover my new tv.

Great product !! Hope I never have to use it, but good to have.

The protection plan gives the people an opportunity to not worry about getting the replacement or the money back.

I purchased an Insignia TV and less than 2 months the TV broke. I took it back, no questions asked just gave me the credit for the purchase. Now I did not get credit for the 5 year warranty but it was ok since there were no questions asked and credit given for a new tv. Best Buy has the best Geek Squad warranties you could ask for
