Geek Squad always helps me! If you are just joining, you need understand that you have to make an appointment - in store and / or online. It is generally quick, but not instantaneous. I greatly appreciate their help with my technological problems. It is a great weight off of my shoulders to belong and not have to worry about how to get a repair done. Many times they can help remotely.

We recently upgraded our tech support but have used Geek Squad for years with great success. They have by chat, phone and in store walked me through issues, questions, information searches and purchases. Having that kind of support any time of day or night keeps all our techno gizmos running at home since I have limited knowledge. I have never had a technician seem impatient or rushed.

What more do you expect? It's a plan there in case you break it.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

Wouldn't buy a product without protection and I know it will be worth it if something goes wrong

My review of this service is positive. They helped repair (resolve) an issue with the screen even after my moving it and having that piece of mind when purchasing a $5K TV is important. I know all of the reviews tell you that the geek squad protection is a scam and just a way for the store to line their pockets, but when you spend this much on a TV it is worth it and much easier than going though manufacturers warrenty. If I had listened to the critics then I would be without a working Tv right now

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

Apparently, this is an excellent warranty according to all my answered questions about how the warrant works. All I have to do is call the Best Buy store if I need assistance with my TV. The TV stays at home, and I am glad about that since it is mounted on a wall. The technicians come my home if I ever need assistance. I feel really comfortable and happy that I bought a 5 year warranty.

The 5 year geek squad warranty is excellent. If they can’t fix the TV they will replace it. The geek squad comes to your residence they are very polite, professional and prompt with time.

Purchased a new TV didn’t want the headache I recall the difficulty we had putting the other TV above the fireplace so I opted in for the geek squad protection and installation so very handy it was nice as they took the TV off the wall and put the new one up And set it up it was great well worth what I paid for it no it’s covered so on those dog toys go flying TV is covered

Can’t go wrong with this coverage.Even a minor repair would likely far exceed the cost of the coverage. Based on knowledge and professional activity installing the television, I am confident that any repair would go seamlessly (hopefully this will be moot)

Geek squad is always the goat of all warranties. They always take care of any issues.

Luckily having purchased Sony i have not had to utilize my Geek Squad warranty.

had geek squad protection on this tv screen went out so they covered all but a few dollars of the cost of a new model to replace old one....

The agent that delivered was great! Set everything up where we wanted it with great care and hooked it all up. He made sure everything was working, gave us some instructions and we were set to go. Thanks Geek Squad,
