    OLED Burn-in Protection for Heavy Users=No Brainer

    The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

    The guys were great!! I do have a question I forgot to ask. Can the solar remote be replaced with a battery remote? 2. Can I buy a solar remote that is bigger? Would appreciate if Matt or Jaime could answer those questions.

    Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

    They helped me mount my tv and when it had issues with they were able to help me out and get my tv fixed, and fast, I might add. Very excellent customer service.

    If you purchase a merchandise make sure you get that geek squad because they are the number one taking care of merchandise so if you don't purchase it at that time you have 15 days to go back with the receipt and get that warranty for your merchandise go get it

    **THE PROTECTION PLAN IS A SCAM**

    I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

    I purchased the protection not actually thinking I'll ever use it, but when I had to use it I was pleased to see that it was worth the cost. My TV went down and after the Geek Squad came out I literally was given credit to get another TV, no questions asked.

    Good tv and brand. Had my other 55” going on 5 years. This one however stopped working after 3months. Geek squad came out determined it was the screen itself and couldn’t be fixed, but with my warranty i can still return it. Good to have.
