I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.

I always buy the protection when spending nearly 2000 on a tv. Bought the KS9500 and within the first 6 months, the screen displayed a line of dead pixels! Glad I had the protection.

Love the geek squad. The 2 gentlemen sent up all my electronics in a timely manner and moved everything for us. They were both congenital and informative. They also answered all my questions. You can't go wrong with extra security on your purchase. The life expectancy of my Hisense is low to nothing due to almost daily outages in my area. So a little extra protection plan is a must.

I have not used this for my purchase recently, thoigh i will say my previous experiences with Geek Squad was useful to me.

I bought this specifically to protect against burn-in on my new LG OLED TV. Love the fact that this Geek Squad warranty covers burn-in since the factory warranty from LG does not. This way I don't have to worry if I end up with burn-in, which can happen with OLED TV's. I don't usually buy extended warranties but in this case it was an easy decision. It was absolutely worth the peace of mind.

Geek Squad protection plans are very good. The main reason that I go to Best Buy and purchase products is that they have one of the best protections plans. we even purchase our cell phones at best buy, because their protection plans are better than our cell phone provider offers. another huge plus, is that you can reach and actually talk to a Customer Service Rep. who are very pleasant and professional.
