Geek Squad Products Definitely Recommended For Everyone

Havent had to use it yet but have had a good experience with geek squad in the past.

Agent or nice and did a great job they bring it up to the stairs and left it on the front stairs and I had to bring it in but they still did a good job thank you

setting up my new television and mount purchase along with my install appt. at my home for my telelvision was easy with the help of the Best Buy Customer Service Representative Margie.

Never have used a protection before, but this time it paid off, and everyone we worked with were excellent.

It’s all just a big gamble isn’t it. Unless you have had first hand experience with other LG televisions. My LG television just died a little before its 5th anniversary. Maybe the television was on way more than normal during the 2 years of Covid. Anyway, decided it might be wise to have the Geek Squad on my side for this purchase.

I wouldn’t make a big purchase without buying the extended warranty. My high end laptop went bad and Best Buy reimbursed me with a gift card. Same thing with a sound bar that went bad. Also, I had a tv that went bad from Best Buy and thank goodness I had the extended warranty on it. They give you the current value of the product, not what you paid for it on a gift card. That is way better than being at a total loss.

Very professional, newer TV (1 year old) pixels started showing lines vertically on TV screen. Squad determined that it was a manufacturer issue and gave me a credit for the valuation of TV..No hassle, highly recommend.

This TV does so much still finding new things daily. We love it!

After the bad experience i had with my first tv i brought from best buy i almost didn't buy another one.

This is a review of the geek squad coverage and I have not had a claim to submit. It seems like a good thing to have but nothing to report.

Best Buy backed the product. It was a cheap DVD player so the plan was about $10. It quit after a year so I took it back. They looked it up and said no problem, you are covered. Go back to the shelf and get a new one, we don't repair that model. Naturally, I picked a different brand that was the same price. Changing brands was not a problem and I walked out with my new player.
