Electronics are so expensive and more defective nowadays, you'd be crazy not to get the warranty.

Although we ended up not needing Geek Squad to mount the new TV we bought from Best Buy, I wanted to share some appreciation for the tech who initially came out to do the job. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and gave me a really valuable recommendation on the type of screen size that was right for our living room. I ended up exhanging the original TV I bought for a different TV, which turned out to be a much better fit for the room — just as he predicted. Really appreciated his insight and am planning to use Geek Squad in the future.

The floor sales person was highly helpful by showing what was on sale that i was able to afford the 60" tv.

I have good experiences with this extended warranty from Geek Squad, so I have piece of mind by always purchasing it. Would recommend for sure.

Hope I don’t have to use this but it seemed like a great add on for modern electronics.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad for this product but you need to have the ability if you need them.

I came into the store(6/13/25) in a highly distressed state of mind having my finance passing away just 4 previous days that week. I showed Jake of the Geek Squad a photo of my home TV screen and he immediately went into action to help me. He was kind, calm, and expressed his sympathy to me for my loss. When he was finished doing what he had to do to resolve my issue, he came back and told me the good news -I was getting a new TV. What a relief. Thank you Jake you deserve a raise!

Great tv. Only wish it had the blackout screen to only listen to sound while i am sleeping.
