What else is there to say. Easiest warranty program I’ve had. I buy it with all my major purchases. I make those purchases at Best Buy because of it.

Good TV, problems arise when one becomes familiar with the interface. Redundant steps to access content; antiquated format.

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.

About 3 years ago I helped an old friend who is very technologically challenged by a 58” tv. I made sure she bought the 5 year warranty from Best Buy. Just in case. We the just in case happened and the tv failed. I called Best Buy on her behalf and was quickly and efficiently forwarded to a really patient and knowledgeable customer service representative . Following a few questions he informed me the tv was not repairable and that the full purchase price would be refunded. We talked about applying that amount to a newer better larger tv and within 5 minutes delivery date was set. We, of course opted for a new 5 year warranty. A few days later new set arrived and old one taken away. I installed the new set and my friend could not be happier. Great service.

I think that the person I was speaking with on the phone was very hard to understand so I called back again and I reached someone that spoke more clearly.They did take care of my problem so I would rate it's a four out of fiveonly because it was hard to understand the person and it took too much time to talk to someone because they tried to get you to talk to the computer untill you tell the computer many times (You need to speak to someone). So everything else is great except for those two issues.

The extended warranty gives me peace of mind. Hopefully I won’t have to use it.

Picture is great, but it drops WiFi connection almost daily. It’s annoying when something I’m watching suddenly freezes and then I have to go through the menu to reconnect the internet. I’ve tried restarting the tv and my router and it still happens.

Have never had a problem with the squad when requesting assistance.

I had to leave the laptop with the above sihce of the drivers which handles the brightness went down as well new laptop got hit with it. The geek squad were excellent and they not seen this before but they reinstalled windows on both and the ultra brigh They htness was taken care of. They are a great team .

This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.
