Easy to add on when picking up my soundbar. This was an open box good purchase so went with the warranty just in case.

For all my tvs over 40 inches, I always invest in a warranty. So far the warranty has been a life saver. I love the fact that Geek squad will repair tv 40 inches and over in home. They will 1st troubleshoot with you. If problem still persist. They will order parts to your home. They will come and work on tv at home. If they can't fix tv, they will offer you another tv. If tv is not available, they will upgrade you to next available one.

I mean, havent had to use it yet. But have confidence that there is some coverage for 100" tv. Price was reasonable (because tv price was reasonable too)

Just over 4 years ago, when we purchased a 70” tv and sound bar, we purchased the Geek Squad delivery & installation as well as the 5 year protection plan. In all honesty, expected the 5 year warranty to just go unused, as most warranties do. Just over 4 years later, when the television began showing signs of a bad LED panel, we placed the call to Geek squad. The hardest part was just getting connected, waiting 32 minutes on hold. But, once on with the agent, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The tv was deemed unrepairable, so a credit was issued towards a replacement. Because Geek Squad was originally purchased, it was included with the replacement - ALL of it - delivery, install, hook-ups, haul away. This policy became money well spent! And needless to say, we purchased the policy on the new, replacement television.

Still waiting to take advantage of my geek squad card! But so far I have peace of mind for 5 years on my 83-in LG OLED G4

Thank you for all your help in removing the huge program on my computer and not making fun of my really old lap top! Yes I will be in soon to get an new one.

Good for all the things that might happen, replace or repair

Fortunately have only had to use the geek squad service a handful of times, but when I do they were quick to act and was a very pleasant and easy experience.

You can’t go wrong when you go with Best Buy’s Geek Squad protection. No questions asked just fix my beautiful electronics every time and “Walla!!!” Like Brand Spanking New. Thank you Best Buy team.

One of the best AMC provided by BestBuy. It is always recommented to get this protection for the peace of mind for costly devices. Pros: 1) Excellent service. The excecutives how handle our calls will make sure we are comfertable and serviced well. 2) Ease of contact - 24X7 some one is available to help us. 3) Knowledgable service persons - The person who comes home for the service / at the station are well knowledgable about the object they are working on. 4) Excellent exchnage policy. If the object is non repairable, the company will refund the fill amount (including the tax) for an excange (if the same item is not available any more). The cons i felt on this program 1) Little more expensive than the other company AMCs. 2) Some time in-home appointments takes some time (but sure it will happen with in a weeks time )

This protection was helpful but not in all the ways i thought. Some items don't qualify and that's not what i thought when i purchased. Now i buy individual protection for each item, it's easier to understand. The services are pricy so i never sought them out.

Had trouble with our first new tv purchase, geek squad was able to identify the cause and replaced the tv with a new tv. Thank you!

This 55-inch TV offers great picture and sound quality at an affordable price. The setup was easy, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it.
