I always purchase Geek Squad service protection when I make a qualifying purchase at Best Buy. The Geek Squad technicians are available for help at times that are convenient for my schedule, and when I need in home help, they are always courteous, professional and efficient. Big Box stores cannot match Best Buy's Geek Squad quality, so I highly recommend it for every purchase when available.

I recently purchased this product, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The quality is outstanding, and every feature works as advertised. A lot of thought and effort went into its design and functionality.

Have not had the need to use this as yet but will definitely take advantage of this service if necessary.

I only gave it five stars because I didn't want to give it a bad mark. We can't know how well Geek Squad is until we have a problem. So what else is there to say? Why would you ask about your Geek Squad service on a product we just bought? Expecting us to have to use it? Rating the Geek Squad at this point doesn't mean a thing.

I have not used it, but im glad I have it. I purchased it in case it is needed.

Great service, my TV had issues with the network card and picture display. The representative helped me to resolve the issue immediately. Now recommend geek squad to everyone.

If you buy a television from Best Buy trust me the Geek squad warranty is a must! You never know when something could go wrong and if you have this warranty you’ll be glad you did!

Always get the protection if ur TV is over $1000. I bought the 5 year warranty on my old Sony tv. It broke 4 years 7 months in the warranty and they offered to give the same model for the new year or $870 towards new tv. It was definitely worth the money. BTW I paid $1000 for the old tv.

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.

WOW, This was a great buy for the price for this tv,and with the help that we received we picked the perfect tv for the room we put it in. There are no complaints on,color or picture. Sound was fine but with the great service we got the best sound bar witch i will leave a review on it as well.

Figures out to be $10 a year, well worth it.As my other tv lasted 4 1/2 years.

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.
