    This is good it’s like insurance for any appliances or technology you buy it’s to protect it in case of damage spills or something going wrong. It covers for the repairs and make it new again that’s so cool and helpful.

    When I invest in a big-screen tv, I want to protect my investment! That's why I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan! I've needed to use the warranties on several occasions, and the experience was very satisfactory. Sometimes they replaced the item, refunded the purchase price, or repaired the item. I actually have a 3 1/2 year old blu ray player in the Geek Squad shop right now--under a 4-year extended warranty that I purchased for the item! This time they are repairing it, but that's fine with me. It's so nice that after using it for 3 1/2 years, now that it's not working my extended warranty is kicking in and more than paying for itself!!!

    My LG C1 died on me, it was just 3 years old. For that purchase I thought I didn't need a protection plan. Never again for expensive TVs. I got the plan for my new TV. Better safe than having to buy new TV.

    having bought the extended warranty in case somthing happened was a hard decision at the time due to added cost at the time of purchase 3years later i couldnt have been happier with my decision geek squad was fast to make a repair when that option didnt work out they replaced with a brand new one thanks geek squad.

    I always worry about my products going bad, thanks to Geek Squad protection plan I don't have to worry about a thing. I can enjoy my television knowing that if anything goes wrong Geek Squad will have my back.

    Great for peace of mind, doesn't cover physical damage, wish there was an option for damage coverage on tvs at Best Buy

    100 % recommended Standard Geek Squad Protection Plan. I brought this plan for my cell phone and I had functional damage to my phone. Geek Squad service team member had given good response and changed my phone with brand now. thanks to Standard Geek Squad Protection.

    I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

    Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

    I had a 4.75 year old TV that died, it was not repairable but had a5 year service plan... Contacted BB Geek Squad, once determined status they put me in touch with a different team, in about 15 minutes they settled for the total cost of the broken TV (less service plan cost). I used that money too heavily discount the replacement TV. Very happy with the whole experience.
