I purchased a 5 year plan when I bought my tv. However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?

These guys know their stuff--from opening the box to setting up the TV (too big for me to do myself).

I bought this plan on my Sony TV and it definitely paid off. My TV ended up breaking just before the 2 year mark. Geek squad was quick and easy and helped me get a new TV delievered. This is a must buy for any high end electronics.

I am so glad that I purchased this 5 year protection plan for my 65 inch Samsung Tv from Geek Squad which will definitely come to our house to fix anything if broken

Pardon my pun but "it pays" to have extended warranty on televisions. Glad I was able to purchase a "5 year warranty" for my new Sony and have 2 years to pay it off with my Bestbuy card. Who can beat that! Thank you Bestbuy!

For about 20 years I’ve purchase my tech from Bestbuy and Geek Squad has always been a great addition. I’ve never had issues with them. Great support and totally worth it.

Don’t waste your money get that warranty it is important in the future. Just like insurance better to have then not. Greatest investment that I have made in my life
